Not feeling 100% safe about bringing your newborn out in public? I don't blame you. That's why I created an AT HOME no-touch handprint kit that you can do yourself in the privacy of your hospital suite or home. Just return the impressions using the prepaid return label included, and I will do the rest to make you a custom keepsake that you will love and treasure forever.

How long does the impression take during the appointment?
The appointment can take between 15 and 30 minutes depending on how many impressions you are having done at the time.
Is the clay safe for my child?
Yes, I use all non-toxic clay to make the impressions.
What is the best age to capture my baby's handprints?
I think the sooner the better! The best time to capture all their perfect details would be between 0-6 months.
Will the colors of my handprints look the same as on the website?
Because of the nature of the materials that we use, and during the firing process, colors may vary slightly on the finished product.

about me
Happy Baby Handprints is a ceramics studio specializing in creating hand and foot impressions of your newborn baby that last forever.
Founded in 1991, after my son was born, I wanted a home-based business that would allow me to stay home and care for my two children. Being a creative soul by nature, along with my entrepreneurial spirt, it was a perfect fit for me to start creating these ceramic hand and foot impressions of my own children. Soon thereafter, my family and friends all wanted hand and foot impressions of their children too. Fortunately, I was blessed with the opportunity to work directly with the local hospital maternity wards in Southern California and enjoyed every moment.
Fast forward to 2020, like many of us I found myself facing career challenges and it was then that I realized how much I missed working with babies and so Happy Baby Handprints was born
in the summer of 2021.

Ceramic impressions are shipped between
4 to 6 weeks after received back in my studio.
Return Policy & Refunds
Since all products are custom made based on your order, I cannot accept any returns or provide refunds. However, our customers come first here at Happy Baby Handprints. If you are unsatisfied, please contact me at 619-458-5916.

Every ceramic impression is 100% hand-crafted and no two impressions are alike, just like your baby's handprint. I take great pride in creating these beautiful impressions and a lot of time and love goes into them. Ceramics are very delicate and can be unpredictable at times. In the rare and unfortunate event that your impression breaks during the firing process, I will contact you immediately and create another impression for you at no additional cost.
